Pizza - this Sunday evening (2nd June).

This is your friendly reminder that the pizza oven will be in operation again this Sunday, between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Enjoy one of the kitchen creations from our Pizza oven on the terrace.

Bookings can still be made at the member's bar anytime (in person or over the phone). This is the last pizza night until it's return in the warmer months.

However, as a reminder, we welcome back Friday Night Dining from 14^th June.

Men’s Pairs Aggregate- Saturday 1^st June

The first round of the Men’s Pairs Aggregate starts tomorrow and is held concurrently with the men’s June medal.

The subsequent and final round will coincide with the July medal on Saturday 6th July.

Established in 1961, this event has been held annually, with exceptions occurring only three times—once in 1990 and again in 2020 and 2021.

W.H. Richardson Trophy Quarter Finals

The W.H. Richardson Quarterfinals are scheduled to be played this Sunday, commencing from the 1st Tee at 12:26pm. Qualifiers will be competing in Canadian Foursomes Matchplay.

Women’s 4BBB Knockout

Registrations for the Jean Chambers 4BBB Knockout Matchplay event has now closed.

Unfortunately, due to the low number of registrations for this event, it will run shorter and the final will now be on Thursday 20th June.

Men’s Foursomes Championship & Foursomes Handicap

This year marks the first time that the Men’s Foursomes Championship (36 holes) and the Foursomes Handicap (Michael Kelly Trophy) qualifying round event are played concurrently, on the same day, Saturday 15th June.

Foursomes is played in pairs, where one player tees off from the even tees and the other player plays from the odd tees. The pair alternate every shot until the ball is holed. With only two balls in play, the group moves much faster than normal.

The timesheet for the day is set up differently, with 6-minute intervals running from 7:34 am to 8:58 am for the morning session, and in the afternoon field commencing from 11:00 am to 12:34 pm. Due to this quick-paced format, social play will commence earlier than usual.

Ensure that you register for the correct event, as the Men’s Foursomes Championship is a gross event (played off the stick, without handicaps), while the Foursomes Handicap event is played with handicaps.

The Foursomes Handicap is a qualifying round for foursomes Matchplay, with the top 8 registered foursomes nett scores proceeding to play Matchplay in the following weeks. Please only register if you can play on all the dates as listed.

The Men’s Foursomes Championship Registration Page is below and opens tomorrow at 2pm. It is a 36 holes gross event.

Grandmother’s Trophy

The Grandmother’s Trophy was contested on Tuesday of this week, alongside the daily Stableford competition, departing from the usual stroke round format.

Among the 81 competitors, there were 52 registered Grandmothers, which was a fantastic turnout.

Meredith Evans emerged as this year's Grandmother Trophy winner with an impressive 36 points, securing a two-shot lead over her nearest competitor.
