Reintroduction of Preferred Lies
Members are advised that after further consultation regarding the current condition of the course, the forecast weather conditions and member feedback we have decided to reverse the decision to remove preferred lies. There are a number of areas where mud can potentially get on the ball affecting the next shot and there are also many divots on the course that have not repaired as the couch has yet to completely come out of dormancy. It is for these reasons preferred lies will be reintroduced as of tomorrow, Thursday 26 September. Click the link below to review the updated local rules. As we are entering the Club Championships and the Women’s 1st round being played this Sunday, preferred lies will remain in force until at least the completion of the Club Championships.
